“First...Ronald was very nice, worked hard. He was late--very, but I assume he didn't get the info I offered in advance that GPS could mislead him. He was finished and I walked out to inspect. Driver side window was not done--don't know which others might not have been. I noticed that all of the edges and ridges had polish white in them. He claimed I had better eyes than he did. I'm 70 years old. Half hour later I checked. All windows were done. Edges were clean (I did find another with not just polish, but bird poop after he was finished but he had left). Went thru the car needed every carpet reinstalled. All were off a little. Again I am fussy. I think this service was overpriced to begin with--especially when I was not wowed the minute I looked.”

“I am more than satisfied. Loved how smooth the body feels after the use of the clay bar. Engine bay as clean as when I bought it in 2010. Anybody asks will be more than glad to tell who did the job ”
