“Steven worked very hard on my trailer...not an easy task. He would not leave until he...and I were satisfied, I appreciated that. My only comment is unrelated to his work...both Steve and his assistant smoked...and while I don't judge, they just dropped their cigarette butts on the ground...I feel that if I didn't ask them to pick them up (which they did without hesitation) they would have left them, just a pet peeve of mine. Otherwise I was happy with their work and efforts to make me satisfied. Thanks”

“Left stains from what ever cleaning fluids in the driveway. There was no stains in the driveway before they were here. Lack of attention to detail. It has always been recommended not to wax a Hot vehicle. My truck is black and parked in the direct sun at noon too hot to touch. The truck was never moved into the shade and I was told it was waxed. I was told this was a 4 hour detailing they were only here for 2 hours. I will be sending pictures of areas and of stains on driveway. I expect a $300.00 refund because I did not get what I paid for and now have to hire someone to clean my driveway!
