“I’m in the retail customer service industry. So, it’s difficult for me to complain because I get it everyday. I made this interior detail appointment for 3 reasons. I wanted the carpets shampooed. The tech vacuumed, but the carpets were 100 dry when he was done. No evidence that shampooing was done. We discussed this prior to him beginning. 2nd reason. I had a stain on the driver side head liner. We discussed this prior, but he forgot to do it until I reminded him. The spot looks 50% better, but still there. 3rd, headlight restoration improved approximately 20%. This is the reply I received regarding the restoration. “The $45 headlight restoration doesn’t restore them to 100% clarity, but we do our best to reduce the amount of cloudiness. To completely restore them to new condition is about $150-$175 and is a more extensive process that requires removing them completely.”. Overall I could have done a better job myself. Waist of $186.00. ”

“It is a family owned business! They did a fantastic job on my 14 year old vehicle! I bought the car used and it looks 10 times better. They brought a lot of care and concern to my car! I am planning to trade and I truly believe I will get a higher trade value because of the work they did! I would use them again for certain! I will recommend to family and friends! “Not Happy with the white car. bug guts and door jams dirty. took pictures. the last few times have great. the guy seemed to not want to be here or do the job. in the end, my bill was 232 the guy said 258. ”

“After a couple days of looking further at the car, other than a vacuum and car wash, doesn't look like the other services I paid for were actually done (wax, rainex, interior cleaning). Just overall disappointed with what I paid for vs. actually received. ”

“On the surface it looks fine but once I really got to looking at it they did not do my headlights they did not do my console compartment it was still water in my trunk on top of my weather tight plastic cover there was a lot of things I took a lot of pictures of my truck and my car and my friend's car not I really was not satisfied and I have pictures if you'd like to see them but no I don't think I would go with that person again I'm not blaming you I'm blaming them but I was totally unsatisfying”
