“Wes did an excellent job on the car, working for about 3 hours. He was not however able to clay rub out the industrial residue caused by careless roof repair. This got on my car and has hardened into the finish. Will most likely need to be sanded off and re painted. No reflection on the effort of the technician. He did everything he could, I am convinced of that. He presents himself well, has excellent, new equipment and seems to be dedicated to his work. As a result I gave him a 5 rating. Couldn't justify giving him less because he did try. ”

“Liked the guy who turned up, he was early. Ended up being $160! When I thought it would be only $119. Extra for pet hair, even though the got said it was not bad. And tax which I did not expect”

“The Good: The technichian was prompt, curteous, and promptly corrected any issues I found. The Bad: The interior of my car was heavily soiled and had pet hair which is why I opted for the $200 interior cleaning. The exterior wasn't as bad but it hadn't had a good handwash in a long time so I opted for the $100 exterior cleaning. There were dirt spots on the car, dash, on the side of the rear seats after the cleaning that when pointed out the tech promptly corrected. the seatbelts were a quick job. The Ugly: The seat shampoo was half done and when after paying $200, I recleaned the seats the spots were remove (pics available @request) . There was pet hair left between the crevices which I did not catch til after the tech left. I do not believe the technician was trying to get over on me; he worked very hard to clean the car. I definitely expected a lot more attention to detail for the $. I should have went to a showroom car detailer for $300”
