“I am very dissatisfied with the service I received this week. I scheduled a cleaning service for a Honda Element my boyfriend and I own and the individual who worked on it performed a poor, not detailed oriented and incomplete job.
The following is what we discovered upon further inspection:
- Animal hair not cleaned from seats
- Door trims not wiped down properly
- Floor under seats not cleaning
- Dirt and grime still visible in many crevices throughout the car
- Spare tire compartment flooded from cleaning and not addressed
The most concerning was finding runover water used to clean the car floors in the spare tire well. Now there is a vomit like smell permeating throughout the vehicle.
Due to these issues my boyfriend and I will need to go back over the unsatisfactory work done in more detail.
Additionally, he will be calling for follow-up. ”

the whole RV was not waxed just partial lower parts
for $524.00 I got ripped off not happy at all

“The inside of the car they missed a couple of spots and it doesn't look like they even performed any of the outside of the vehicle services that come with the platinum service. not impressed”
