“I paid for car seat cleanings and 2 car seats were not even removed from the car. I was not instructed if they needed to be or not but wish I had known so the seats could have been clean and conditioned.
Also, have been airing out the car for almost a week and still has a horrible “chemical” smell. Very disappointed.”
