“Out on the open areas that needed to be pointed out- very simple like clean the glitter from the glove box, remove the rubber inserts and wipe down compartments in the door handles say his work wasnt exactly systematic- I shouldn't have to point that out. Train your technician about the vehicle how to fold down seats and shift them forward. Biggest one: leather conditioner: drivers seat is incredibly shiny, passengers is dull and a bit dingy- maybe he even forgot it! And the leather had spray marks on it as well indicating that the technique is improper- I will go back over it myself. After asking the tech to do and redo several skills I took this as a hit, trying to manage 2 small children while I go over his work. But he was very nice and amicable about going back in and fixing the issues. ”

“Could not reach top areas did not have a ladder. Also did not get a high speed machine wax. Wet liquid butter wax with no buffing was done. Supposed to hear back about a reduced rate.”
