“Detail service left water spots all over my vehicle then applied wax over them. I'll have to remove the wax to even get to the spots. Tried contacting customer service and was disconnected multiple times. Terrible service all around. Would not recommend. ”

“Engine compartment not done. Wax left not rubbed in on multiple locations. Looks like armor all used on glass rather than glass cleaner. It's smeared everywhere. Rims poorly cleaned. Tire partially done. Wax put on parts that should not be waxed. Extremely disappointed. I feel incredibly ripped off. Will NEVER use this service again”

“There was some grime on the wheels of the 4Runner which the crew could not clean off. I was able to clean it off using Simple Green after the crew left. Otherwise, the service was outstanding and the crew was really professional, courteous, and efficient. Great experience.”
