“First of all, the time window was 9 to 12 but they didnt show up till 1:30 . So they didnt finish till about 5:30. The guy tried to get me to go with a different wax instead of zxilon but I refused and told him it would void my warranty. They didn't get all the white compound off and I'm still trying to get it out all the crevices. When they finished the car looked good and i saw no water spots but now a lil over a week later I have waterspots. I'm told by Zxilon that it wasn't applied correctly so now it looks like I'm going to be wasting another day waiting on people to show up and fix the Zxilon. So no I'm not happy!”
