“To be honest, I was excited at first but then grew extremely disappointed within the following few days. The first problem I noticed was a large amount of dried dirty water all over my back bumper and trunk door. I also noticed my seats and interior seemed extremely wet. I had to place towels down for my passengers and myself. After sitting on the towels I quickly noticed a coffee colored liquid had soaked through the towels! It did not smell like a cleaning agent. Clearly the technician had not done a thorough enough job on my seats. Overall I have to give this service a poor rating of 2.5. I would not recommend this particular car detailing service to a friend. I was not 100% satisfied like they guarantee.”
