“Windshield is streaked several areas I just took pictures of are dirty and looks like tire shine on my tires which means I can't ride it until I'm sure it's completely off since most of grip comes from the side of tire and all my grip comes from side of tire in curves and turns”

“I can’t remember the name of the tech but he was kind and friendly. However I paid for the whole interior to be completed and it appears he didn’t even clean the windows. Also we are now a few days out and our van is smelling again so the odor removal didn’t work for our carpet. He did an excellent job removing many of the stains we had on the carpet and cleaning the seats but unfortunately there was so residue spray on our window shield that took quite some effort for me to clean off. Considering I spent $164 I’m quite disappointed. My biggest regret is not noticing this at the final walkthrough. I guess live and learn. I will not be using detail.com again”
