“Services were not completed to my satisfaction, technician only did a good job with the body wash, but didnt properly restored the headlight, I'm already taking my car to a different detailer so they can fix the scratches left on the lamps from the technician that provided the services on my car. I thought that you guys as a serious company would address my concerns after writing you back yesterday to let you know that at his second attemp the technicians wasn't able to properly clean and restore the headlights leaving some of the same scratches on my lamps. I wish I could've been satisfied and spread the good word about you guys but I might have to tell anybody that ask to avoid cardetailing.com and even post my experience online to warn anybody considering your services. ”

“Person who came was very easy to work with and good personality. My car looks amazingly different for the better. He asked me a couple times to walk trough for my approval. As I said he did an amazing job. Howver, today when I am putting back the floor mats etc. I am noticing some forgotten out of the way spots ,like door jams when doors are opened next to weatherstripping and the windows could have been riled down together topgrime etc. that should have been addressed for the top end package. ”
