“I didnt expect him to get the stains out of my carpets or anything. All I really wanted was the pee out of my front seat. That was the priority, but my car smells more like pee now, and I can't afford another service.”

“They did a great job cleaning my carpets and car seats expect they could not remove one of my car seats stain completely. That was disappointed. That was my main reason for hiring detailers. I didn't get my front and back windshields clean inside and outside. That was part of the package. ”

“Windows and sunroof not cleaned on inside. Interior not conditioned or cleaned--still white handprints on doors, grease/handprints on console, buttons, etc. No conditioner on dashboard, doors. Outside was cleaned but considering this is a two seater, there was not much cleaning to be done on inside and wasn't done.”
