“The detailing itself was fine, but my detailer left trash from the cars in my drivewy. That's not so bad, but I found a usb charging adapter laying in the driveway, and a bluetooth ear but for my phone is missing completely. I do not think he stole it of course, but losing it is not ok. Replacement cost is $40 from Amazon.”

“The only reason I rated as I did was the appointment was for yesterday. He rescheduled for today. I was not happy about the change, but I said ok as long as he was here by 2 pm today. I was assured that was going to happen. It did not! Again, I had plans that got screwed up. He showed up at nearly 5 pm! Not even a call to say he was late. I had to call the company for a status as I was not able to reach him.”
