“Mud flaps weren't cleaned on the "inside" (only got the outside edge)
Utility area (under the mat) wasn't vacuumed very well.

“Was not very friendly, but the car was very clean. I did find trash and an item that was thrown into my yard that was accidentally left in the car. They could have easily put that back in the car when they were done instead of littering in my yard. If I had know that happened I would not have given a tip.”
