“I had an appointment window from 10-12 and at 11:30 I received a phone call that the tech was sick and they would have to reschedule and they would get back to me. I didn't receive a phone call for an update on the appointment time until the tech was in my work parking lot of work. I think he was a last minute substitute. I was expecting a deep carpet clean like advertised on your website but all I got was a bottle of simple green and a rag. The technician was caught on our security cameras urinating in the bushes. I was very disappointed for what I actually got for what it costs. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. It's nothing more than what I would normally do myself.”

“Upon initially inspecting the vehicle, I was very impressed. The interior looked amazing. The seats and floor were clean, the car smelled fresh. However, when I actually went to drive the car a few hours later, I noticed that none of the windows had been cleaned. This was harder to notice earlier in the day when I was still light out, but is very noticeable now that it is dark and the glare from streetlights highlight it. I thought the "interior only" package included cleaning the windows "inside and out."”
