“The car is much cleaner than before, but nothing close to what I’d expected with a $600 detail. There’s a place in Laurel that’ll do car cleanings for $60 in 30 minutes. This truly wasn’t much better than that…and in some ways it was worse. There are still streaks of dirt in the car, and multiple spots on the seats. There’s crumbs/dirt in the front shoulder rest. There did a lot of work at night, as they arrived a lot later than scheduled…perhaps it was difficult to do a thorough job without enough light?”

“Gary was on time as he said he would be. He introduce himself and ask a few questions and immediately got started. He did my company truck and personal truck.he got stains out that had been in the trucks for awhile. Thank you Gary have a safe and prosperous new year we will talk again Gary ”

“Very unhappy with what I got for what I paid. Spent almost $400 and didn't vacuum under all the seats, didn't move the back seats and clean under them, paid extra for dog hair, still decent amount, my headliner looks exactly the same, still spots. Still dirt and grime behind gas door, still dirt around the emblems on outside of car. Honestly I clean the car this well, I would've saved $400 if it wasn't gonna look like it did when I bought it. Also, technician left my 4 ways on all day and killed my battery, battery was getting old but now I replaced that prematurely....another almost $200. I will not recommend or probably use a detail service again.”
