“The staff members were polite and courteous however, the detailing job was mediocre. After the staff finished, there was still dirt remaining in the seat seams between the cushions and I had to remind the detailers to clean several spots they had missed including the coin tray and center console. The detailing was supposed to include a clay bar treatment to remove all contaminants from the exterior vehicle surface before a hand applied waxing however, again, there are still a lot of dirt specks remaining that were just waxed over. Long story short, I could of gotten the same quality results doing the job myself in my driveway and it wasn't really worth the $250.00 it cost. ”

“Technician did not clean dirt smudges from headliner where passenger grab handle is and did not clean fingerprints on visor on passenger visor. Did not complete armorall on steering wheel and left dirt smudges on radio.”
