“I was called by the technician prior to his arrival that since it rained just minutes before he called, that I could reschedule if I wanted because of the rain. I told the tech that it was okay to come to detail my car. While he was detailing my car it rained again slightly. After 3 hours of detailing my car, he told me it was complete. I went to check my car and it “looked” clean to me. I paid the bill and the tech left. After a closer look at his detailing work, I was not happy at all. The inside was very clean, and the outside was free of the former debris on its surface, but no wax was applied as stated in the initial promotional flyer I read prior to the detailing. I know I paid the required amount at the P.O.S., but I should have (1), been told that wax was not applied and (2), should have not been charged for the waxing not being done. I know this review is long, but I will not recommend this particular service to anyone.”

“He did a great job given the condition of the interior of my vehicle. There was food and dog hair galore. He worked very hard. I did notice a scratch and don’t on the front passenger side wheel cover that was not there before but since I couldn’t be sure if it had just happened then, I didn’t make a big deal of it, but I’m fairly certain it wasn’t there before. Otherwise, amazing work. I’ll be back for my next detail.”
