“As to cars, detailer failed to clean interior of windows and spray from other surfaces coated windows. Bmw cup holder covers not pulled closed and cleaned. Otherwise detailer worked very hard and got the tough problems handled. ”

“The detail work was exceptional. 5 stars. Fantastic work. I would recommend this local company to anyone.
The process of setting it up through Cardetailing.com was challenging, their communication with the detailer was apparently poor, and as a result scheduling was terrible. My service was scheduled for 12:30 when it was supposed to be 2:00; it did not actually happen until 6pm, and my day was negatively impacted as a result. The whole point is to make this easy, and it was absolutely not.”

The tire & wheel cleaning 0. Did not scrub white walls nor even use chrome polish on hubcaps. Just dusted off.
Paid extra over gold package to shampoo carpets and upholstery. Charged $45 extra (more than unify to gold). Shampooed carpet but did no upholstery cleaning. No treatment was put on vinyl. Door jams just dusted down. Got about a $115 detail for &224 plus $40 cash tip”
