“The tech works very hard and this is not a reflection on him, the exterior of the car had a lot of pine sap on it which I stated whenever I booked the appointment. However, the correct product was not brought to remove sap which intern caused additional time for the detailer to spend on the exterior and the interior did not get the service it should have received. The seats still have dirt showing and the carpets were not shampooed. All of the interior should be redone!”
