“He neglected to clean the windows. We had to remind him before he left. The marine vinyl cushions he left out for me to clean...he did not have cleaner for them nor even tried to clean them. He did not oil the teak wood. The boat seats...not cleaned...polished...we were ready to pay full price...this was not a job done well. This was so poorly done in a long time he seemed to take.”

“The detailing was well done, but the detailer called me complaining about his checks bouncing and demanding that I pay him. I explained I booked through your service and that I would imagine he gets paid through you somehow. Also he let our customers know that he had been in prison years ago, and just recently got out after being in for an additional 8 months. ”
