“The man, George, who came to detail my vehicle was very nice. He was prompt and polite, no issues there. I paid $154 plus tipped my detailer $20 for his time. I was happy to pay the price after reading the online package details. He took about 2 1/2 hours and I was expecting great results because of the price and the time he took. However, my vehicle’s seats and floors do not look shampooed. They were wet but after drying they are still stained and look like nothing even lightened or came up. The mats still had sand and dirt in them and the car’s dashboard and consoles are left with an oily residue. For as much as I paid I am not impressed at all. I feel like I wasted money today.”

“The service was for a dog grooming van in which we even paid extra for for the pet hair removal. The main cabin wash washed as well as the outside. But where the dogs were groomed, no pet hair was removed or anything was washed/touched. ”
