“My appointment was scheduled for between 10a and 1p. At 4:30p, when I am suppose to be leaving work, they were still working on it and asked for another half hour. It took another hour before I got my car. I then went to use my sun visor mirror and it was smashed as if someone punched the visor while it was closed, from the opposite side. I only assume this happened while cleaning and rushing ”
