“The original date was Saturday and due to a wedding they wanted to attend, I agreed to move to Sunday. At 2:30 on Sunday I received a call asking if I would reschedule to Monday; I said NO. So they came at 3:00 and did a perfect job of cleaning the vehicle. I will use again.”

“The car looks really clean and the guys worked really hard! The urine smell still remains in the car. The detailer gave me some advice about a product to buy - I'm working on getting it, but it would have been helpful if he could have supplied such a product, since I believe I paid $60 extra due to the biohazardous material. Then, when they arrived, they charged $60 in addition because there were crums in the car due to my children eating in the back seat. It would have been better to have known that additional charges would be possible before they arrived. Unfortunately, the detailers arrived 2 hours after the scheduled time, which meant that my husband and I had to make other arrangements for transportation to go out in the evening. However, I was generally pleased with the service and would use it again. I especially liked being able to schedule same-day service! ”
