“Arrived on time. Interior of car is beautiful. Daughter says it's cleaner than when we purchased it new. Only reason I gave it a 4.5 instead of a 5 is because we won't know how well the urine remediation was handled until the seat and carpet dry completely. It's still very wet and with the humidity in the air right now, getting it to dry is proving difficult.”

“Guys were and hour and half late. Charged an extra 60 bucks when theybarrived because all the dog hair. They took four hours so combined with being an hour and half late, ruined an entire for me waiting on them. To boot, they killed the battery in my car so when I went to leave for work the next morning, my car wouldn't start. Other than all that, the actaul detail was well done. However, not worth the $160 I paid with all the other issues”
