“Victor was great! It was so easy. I bought a car Friday night and scheduled the window tinting that night for the next day in the am. He showed up on time and was done in 30 minutes. Looks super clean and matched tinting on other windows. ”

“Though my cleaning was overall great, unfortunately my technician flooded my back up camera. When I reached out to detail.com with this concern they stated they’d check with the technician and apparently he noted it was already damaged. The only way the camera could have been damaged on the outside of the car would be with high pressure water being shot at the camera. I hadn’t gotten the car cleaned in over a month. The camera replacement was $800! Detail.com basically said that because I had some water on the inside of my car, that’s why the camera would have been damaged. I will be pursuing small claims court and disappointed detail.com can’t take accountability for their technicians mistake. ”
