“VERY disappointed. Car was not thoroughly vacuumed or cleaned. Various photos show dirt and sand still on carpets, seats and in compartments. Could have hired the middle schooler down the street for this level of service. Detail means thoroughness. Compartments not wiped down, dirt still on seats. The only thoroughness I received was the details of 3 ruptured disks in the technician's back, and a REQUIRED tip to be added to the service fee paid. Nice guy, needs to work harder and talk less.”

“Ben arrived on time. But the job on the car was disappointing. Windows were all smeared rather than cleaned. Lots of missed spots on the exterior that I had to clean up after he was finished. He didn't bother to put the floor mats back "so they could dry". Overall I felt I would have had a better job if I had gotten a $75 detail at my local carwash.”

“I would use less Armor All on the steering wheel the gas pedal and the brake pedal and also on the steps of vehicles if they have them they get way too slippery nearly killed myself getting out of my jeep. Windows and tires could have been clean more but overall my Jeep looks great”
