“While the service is now listed on Saturday at 11am, I has originally requested Friday and had been asked to move it back to Saturday late in the day as they wouldn't have time for me. When Saturday came around, I got a text saying my technician would arrive by 1:45pm (45 minutes outside of the new window). Nobody showed up until 3pm. Once all was said and done the job was done and its a nice clean car, but we still have sap on it, which I would have expected that to come off for $239. Overall nice job, but the timing was pretty horrible and not loving that I still have sap stuck to the car.”

“They did a good job overall, showed up early and worked hard. They did a good job on getting dust and crumbs out of hard-to-reach areas on the interior. I would suggest you have them ask people in advance whether they want armor-all on the interior surfaces, and which surfaces they would like it on. I came out to find armor-all (or some similar product) on some surfaces (like the arm rests) where I would not have put it.”
