“Josh was amazing !!! He told me my car would be good as new no more smell or nothing. That’s exactly what he did. He told me to make sure to leave the car ventilated so everything dries good and he hooked it up with an outdoor wash too! 10/10 HIGH RECCOMENDATION ”

“There’s still some dry wax on the bottom trim around the trailer I’ll have to clean. Other than that the trailer looks good.”

“Better communication of when the techs would arrive. You confirmed a 2 pm arrival. Techs did not show up until almost 5 pm. Only time I got an update was when I called and even then you indicated they wouldn't arrive until 3:45 pm. Then when they got here, it seemed like they rushed and only took an hour and a half to do a 4 hour job. Paid for a titanium service that may be only a gold at best. I still paid the tech as I don't believe it is their fault for poor customer service.”
