“The technician, Brian, left the carpet wet before putting the mats back in. He gave no aftercare instructions of any kind. The car developed a strong mildew smell. The technician was contacted about this issue within 72 hours of completion, which can be proven, but told me it had been over 72 hours and he would not be responsible. He then stated that “ You could have allowed the cat to pee or anything in 3 days of using your vehicle. How can we prove it not?”. I am happy to share all text messages in their entirety upon request. An incredibly unprofessional experience, especially for $280. I will not be returning.”

“I am unhappy with the service. First I was given the arrival time window 8-11. Received 3 different times that morning. I called in to contact the technician as I would only be available until 1pm. He arrived around 11:45, had the job ‘completed ’ in an hour. Once everything was dry, the areas that needed cleaned due to a spill was not taken care of and spots were left. Multiple areas on the flooring were not clean. For $205 this service was not worth it cost. ”

“Large areas left unclean, inside and out. Technician ran out of water and gas mid-way through service, but did replenish and continue. Only after sending in a complaint, customer support claimed there was concrete splatter (but there is not and I cleaned the area with a rag and windex) that would cost an extra $75 for the tech to return and clean. If this were the case, it should have been brought to my attention while the tech was present. ”
