“Basing the service on the description on the website that included shampooing the entire inside, that was not the matter it was actually steamed and once the job was done i had to point out several areas that were not cleaned including the doors. The mats he laid on the ground which in turn kept getting dirty and i had to wipe after they left as well as the inside again. Then when it came time to pay i was charged an extra 10 dollars to zelle directly to him without knowing why. It was an ok job but based on this experience i wouldn't use again. The 2 young men were very nice. however the cleaning was not worth 210 dollars at all. my interior was definitely not shampooed as the service described. Thank you”
