“First comment the Employee was nice. Unfortunately he didn't have proper equipment to clean the outside of car. May need additional equipment for cleaning crevices...especially gear shift area and cup holders. Insidd could have been cleaner with the right tools. My first time using your service, and will be hesitant to use again. ”
