“I had a horribly horrendous first experience, where the technician actually left my car dirtier than when he came to detail it. The customer service response team was absolutely amazing and started working right away to address the issue. They called out Eric to come re-service the car. Eric was absolutely amazing! He was professional and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the re-do. He single handedly turned a very bad first experience into a glowing review. He deserves a raise. I am in the customer service industry and have a staff of 90+, and I wish all my employees were more like Eric. He is definitely should be a valued team member of yours, and treated accordingly. Thank you for making this right for me, and thank you for sending out Eric!”

“He was hours late. The headlights he said were messed up in the inside, so he couldn’t fix them but yet I’ve been charged for them. The windshield has streaks everywhere and he left debris from my car all over my driveway. He also asked me to pay him with a cash or check because he said you hold up the money. I felt pressure to tip him a huge amount because I could tell he needed money. The interior does look good. But the wheels still have grease on the rims even. Overall, I won’t be using this service again. ”
