“Requested interior and exterior detail. The Outside after completion was not completely dry when went to dry it myself under both front and back bumper was completely dirty interior was the same as before started windows still dirty. I paid in advance before seeing results and tipped. Car was needed for a music video and was unable to use (missed money) because not cleaned properly. Called company right away was told would compensate only to receive an invoice with full amount. No one has called to discuss in 5 days. This is not the place for luxury cars or any for that matter. I could have paid a kid less than the $220 charged to do a better job. Lesson learned never again go off internet stick to referrals. ”

“Missed several areas. Still have bird poop on back window and truck bed. Missed areas around center console. Truck bed was never touched. ”

“Technician was 2 hours late and did a very subpar job. Upon first inspection there were obvious areas of the car that weren't even touched, still bugs on the front bumper (not one or two, but all of them), there was mud and junk all along the side rails, the door jambs were filthy, and that's just the outside. Same on the inside. Several areas there were obviously skipped: cupholders untouched, center console still dusty, rear armrest was never lowered to be cleaned, the trunk still had grass in it because was not vacuumed, neither were the seams on any of the seats. There's more but I think you get the idea. He decided to come back "first thing tomorrow morning at 9am" and I agreed that was ok but it had to be first thing in the morning because I had to go to work. No call, no show. At 9:33 I got an email that I should expect a 9:30 arrival (what?!) and a voicemail from the tech. There was so much work to be done that I didn't have time for him to start on it. The job remains unfinished and I would like someone to contact me about sending someone to complete the project so I can pay you.”

“Oh My God! I had my 2013 Black Lexus E350 which I’ve had since 2015 detailed yesterday and it wasn’t even this immaculate when I got it fresh from the dealership with 200 miles on it! I am always going to use these guys in the future. I got the whole interior and exterior cleaning package (platinum I think it was called)! You will not be disappointed at all. It smells so good still and the carpet ifront and back and in the trunk is spotless and my son had spilled a Starbucks pink drink all over the back seat the day earlier. You couldn’t tell that kids are ever in my car! ”
