“The seats do not look clean, parts of interior not good. I called the technician and he was not helpful to fix the issues and said since I signed off on it theres nothing that can be done. told me to contact him directly and not customer service.”

“Everything wonderful with the exception of the detailers made the DVD door stuck open and ever since I am receiving an error message and and I have no idea how to fix it so the DVD door closes and it works again. They jammed it :(
So they broke something and that makes me sad. The cleaning otherwise was excellent. ”
