“CarDetailing came out for a same day appointment for Platinum service and did a terrific job getting my car ready to be evaluated for trade-in. They were here at the beginning of their window and spent more time than the estimate. The guys who did the work were friendly and thorough and did what they said: make it like new again. This was my first time using at-home detail and I'll be using these guys regularly when the new car comes. ”

“Job is not complete ! ! ! Technicians left at 10:00 PM and there was no opportunity to inspect the vehicles. It was too dark to inspect the cars but I do know the tires were not dressed on one of the vehicles. While the technicians "seemed" to work hard to complete the work, communication between them and the office and between the office and me was suspect. I specifically requested the vehicles to be billed separately as one is a company vehicle and one was a Mothers Day present on a personal car. I am not sure how you consider a job complete and bill for it when it the job is not inspected ! ! ! Very Disappointed ! ! !”
