“I understand that my car was a very difficult job. I had a lot of dog hair in the seats and I understand that even the additional purchase of the pet fur treatment, this was a large job. However, none of this was discussed. The technician seemed uncomfortable from the beginning and stated to my mom that my car was "already trashed" before he started the clean. When I spoke to him, he seemed pretty overwhelmed and stated that if I wanted "every hair" out of the car that it would take him like 3 weeks. At this point, I wanted to be realistic but I'd ordered an almost $200 detail so there were still things I wanted to be done. I texted the number I'd been in contact with and also told him personally to do his best with the hair but stated that I was most concerned with the visible surfaces and small spaces I could not reach to clean (between the seats). I took pictures of the doors that were still dirty and the spaces between and beneath the seats which are still dirty. The tech did a decent enough job with the hair but the surface cleaning, inside of the windshield, and spaces between the seats were just not done. Again, I understand that the amount of hair most likely warranted an estimate reevaluation but none of this was discussed and the payment has already been made for what I consider a subpar job.”
