“Tech did not clean around any door jams, engine area, back cargo area, and the carpets were not steam cleaned as promised in the platinum pkg.Outside of the vehicle looked good. I should have inspected the vehicles interior before the tech left. Unfortunately I had to get back to a conference call. ”

“Rear window inside not cleaned. Plastic hood cowling not treated. Rear seats not cleaned and treated. Inside of rear pickup door plastic not cleaned and treated. Truck is leaving town in two days so I did not make arrangements for a return visit. I just went ahead and paid, without making a complaint. I am a little disappointed ”
