“I paid extra for the car seats for my kids. They are only vacuummed and did shampoo NOT them. I added on the service as previously and they have always been shampooed. I have their car seats washed going in the summer every year. Now I will have to wash them myself, which was half the point of paying for the service. It took three hours to do the car and I did not feel like I could ask them to fix this at the end of the service when everything was packed away. Also when I made the appt I asked to pay by credit card and was told I had to zelle or venmo. Had the service been shorter and the carseats done I would have tipped like I normally do.”

“My tech was great. My issue was the time window. I was given noon to 3 and he didn’t arrive within that timeframe which was a bit of a pain in terms of everything I had to get done today. ”
