“Unfortunately the car really wasn't cleaned that great there are a lot of streaks on the window there is some sort of residue, I believe it's from the greasy stuff he put on the leather . When he said he was all done I went to check out my car and noticed that the backseats had not been folded up and vacuumed underneath I had to remind him to do that there was a black spot left on the back of my leather seats everything was really sticky and just greasy when I got into the car. I've never really had a card look this greasy when I got into it so I'm not sure what sort of product was used”

“Did an outstanding job in very hot comditio...I was pleased with everytbing but The carpet...left streaks where it did not get6cleaned....this was one of the main reasons I chose you. Now it is worse than originally because you .can see the big difference between clean and dirty...I cannot find the contractors number....”
