“PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. DID A GOOD JOB”

“I’m in the retail customer service industry. So, it’s difficult for me to complain because I get it everyday. I made this interior detail appointment for 3 reasons. I wanted the carpets shampooed. The tech vacuumed, but the carpets were 100 dry when he was done. No evidence that shampooing was done. We discussed this prior to him beginning. 2nd reason. I had a stain on the driver side head liner. We discussed this prior, but he forgot to do it until I reminded him. The spot looks 50% better, but still there. 3rd, headlight restoration improved approximately 20%. This is the reply I received regarding the restoration. “The $45 headlight restoration doesn’t restore them to 100% clarity, but we do our best to reduce the amount of cloudiness. To completely restore them to new condition is about $150-$175 and is a more extensive process that requires removing them completely.”. Overall I could have done a better job myself. Waist of $186.00. ”

“I haven’t seen my truck this clean EVER! I haul plants in it, so there’s usually dirt everywhere, I’ve got a Great Dane puppy who goes with me everywhere, and a 3 year old I can’t say no to when we pass by a Dairy Queen. I can’t believe how BRAND NEW he got my truck looking and feeling! I’m actually kind of shocked lol I’m out here just running my hand over the carpet, It’s literally a completely different texture, so clean and soft. He got all my makeup off the steering wheel, every nook, cranny and crack inside is virtually debris free. iAND he put a protectant on the carpet, after meeting my toddler and petting my puppy, he knew it was important to do My tech was kind, outgoing, positive, thorough, trustworthy, a joy to talk with and very professional. I’m very satisfied with this service I was provided. Thank you!! ”
