“Arrived on time, was professional. I got the platinum detailing package, which includes exterior and interior, which is supposed to also include shampoo or steaming of cloth seats (I have upholstered seats). In the end, the Car looked very clean and was vacuumed well. However, my daughter sat in the car later that day and the entire back of her sweatshirt became stained in brown. Can’t upload here to show pic. I then used my bissell little green machine to further steam and clean my upholstered seats which yielded a lot of dirty brown water, which means a lot of dirt was still left behind after the car was detailed. It appears my seats weren’t shampooed or steamed very well as my bissell ended up really doing the trick. Would have expected a bit more after spending close to 400 with taxes. ”
