“I had a horribly horrendous first experience, where the technician actually left my car dirtier than when he came to detail it. The customer service response team was absolutely amazing and started working right away to address the issue. They called out Eric to come re-service the car. Eric was absolutely amazing! He was professional and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the re-do. He single handedly turned a very bad first experience into a glowing review. He deserves a raise.
