“I think the tech did a very good job explaining things and what I need to have done. There was still some gritty feeling substance on the car but seem better than what it was before the detail. Michael ask that I give him a call Monday because that will help with the remaining substance on the car.”

“Jarrod was amazing and did a fantastic job! He truly worked so incredibly hard on every aspect of the car. It looked and smelled great! Attention to detail at its best. The only reason I didn't score a complete 5 was not his fault. My leather was old and there was some wear to it. The less than 5 point scale was my reaction to the discoloration after cleaning. It was in 2 distinct spots. Not his fault. It made me sad. Looking into options to get that fixed.”
