“The technician did an extremely poor job. He didn’t shampoo half my backseat, my rims look like garbage. He did not wax vehicle. There’s still stains on the interior and exterior that for a $295 package should’ve certainly been taken care of, this detail is more in the $75-100 range at best. And he marked that I don’t pay the $16 cash difference. I was working, and couldn’t take a break during that time but if he had looked in my center console, which he was supposed to clean, he would’ve seen the cash plus cash tip, but I guess he didn’t want that. And I certainly won’t be leaving a tip here because he did a shitty job. I’m not happy at all with this service and I I feel like l got ripped off. I’m looking at my windshield right now and it does not appear that clean inside of my windshield. I’m extremely unhappy, will not use again. I’d like a refund or for a real car detailing tech to come do the job but I don’t know how that works. I took photos when I went Outside to look at it and I’m happy to upload those or send those to somebody at your company so you can see the poor job that he did. I also wonder if I would’ve gotten a better job done if he had seen the tip I left for him in a console because there were 16 in cash and then $100 in an envelope, but shame on him because it listed that the consoles would be cleaned and they surely were not. ”

“My husband was not home for the final review, but the tech missed a number of details on the interior and exterior. For the price I honestly wouldn’t use this service again. The tech was available on short notice and I appreciate that, but the quality of the work took a really long time and was pricey to turn out that average. ”

“I know it’s all about utilizing time and getting to the next job but I felt like my tech rushed even though I paid for extra time. After the tech left I noticed some of the empty compartments had not been vacuumed, the windshield still had smudge marks, the headliner hadn’t been wiped. I’m not the type to complain, I let their work speak for them and if they do a good job I’ll hire them again if they don’t I just won’t have them back. I felt that the cost for the quality of work done was not worth it. ”

“Overall I am very pleased with the service. Technicians were thorough and methodical. The reason I am giving 4.5 instead of 5 is because of a few small things that were overlooked such as a large bug that was still on the front grill and a few areas where wax and interior protectant weren’t buffed out. The carpets were also left stiff. Overall though I would highly recommend this service. You guys came out same day with very little notice. It was well over 90 degrees that day too and the technicians were still able to do an overall great job. ”

“The tech that came was very nice, and the interior looks good. Some people have vices, mine is getting my cars detailed and when I checked out my truck up close when the tech had left I was really just sad.
I was charged $550.00 and got a good car wash and clean interior. I never mind paying a premium on something as long as I get what I pay for. I know it is a big truck and the tech was here for several hours, so I thought I would just get charged for what was done and I would have been just fine with that, But I was charged for the Titanium Detail Package and $25 extra for the polymer Sealant.
1)The roof was not done and is still rough to the touch.
2)The engine compartment wasn't even touched.
3)The headliner wasn't spot treated and still had hand marks.
4)The hood of the truck was still rough to the touch.
5) The car was not clay prepped.
6) The car was not compounded
7) I don't no if the wax was put on or the polymer sealant. some parts are shiny with dirt underneath and swirls.”

“Crew was friendly and nice. My appointment was between 10am and 12 got a call at 1150 asking to come at 2pm. I watched them wash my truck wipe it down and wax my truck. They didn't clay bar my truck before waxing and there are spots the clay bar would of taken out of they did clay bar. They cleaned the outside of my windows but not inside windows as they're supposed to. Again the crew was very friendly and nice which is a plus. Thank you for listening. ”
