“First of all I felt the technician was a bit cocky. He informed me that he had $80,000 worth of equipment in his truck to do the job. There was very little dog hair in my car. It was easily picked up with a vacuum, he informed me that he had to ‘get his tool out’ so he charged me an additional $70!!! Then I pointed out a spot on the back floor mat that was still there, knowing it was soap. He told me it was there too long and he had tried to get it out . When he left I brought the mat into the yard and rinsed the spot right out!
I honestly will never use your service again and will let my friends know not too as well!!

“First off, they arrived after 11, I believe, which interfered with my phone conference at Noon. Second, most important thing; I specifically talked to Eric about making sure the inside windows do not have streaks! The streaks are all over each window including windshield (God awful) AND he didn't even wash the back window, until I mentioned it. I want someone back out here today to clean my windows! DO NOT send Eric.”

“They did a good job, but missed the edges of the interior front glass. Also, apparently they could not get the love bugs off of my front bumper or...???
I will definitely use your services again. I would however appreciate not being hustled for a larger tip, as a side note only. Otherwise, a great experience and one I look forward to in the future!
