“They really did not clean the car very well. I was pretty upset, I could do a better job in 30 minutes. This service was not worth it. They thought they did a fantastic job, I asked them to re-do the interior and they were done in 5 minutes. It seems like I inconvenienced them. Was this just a bad contractor, or is this the expectation for service?”

“The detail specialist Eric did an incredible job. We hired him to detail 2 vehicles. Before he started we let him know that we needed one vehicle at a certain time to take our daughter to gymnastics practice. Sure enough he got that vehicle done 15 minutes earlier than we expected. My wife was so impressed with how well both vehicles looked that she asked for business cards. Someone asked if I had bought a new vehicle! By far the best detailing job I've seen and I have 18 years worth of insurance/body shop experience. Thank you!”
