“The service was scheduled for 11 am today but the technicians did not show up until 12:45 and did not even have the decency to call and let us know that they would be late. When I called at 11:30 to find out where they were he told me he would be there in 40 minutes which would have put him at my house at 12:10 but he did not arrive until 12:45 and he did not call at all. In addition the interior still had some crumbs on the seats and door side pockets. I did inspect the car but by the time they were done at 2:05 pm I had to leave for work and did not have time to have them fix it. I paid the bill and even added in a tip but was not pleased with the service. I unfortunately will not be using your service again nor will I be recommending your service.”

“The person showed up almost 4 hours after the 10-11am window. Handprints still on Windows and several places including inside of back lift door still visibly dirty. Veteran discount was supposed to be applied and was not. ”
