“I thought overall the service was good. I feel like I got charged additional fee for per hair but it wasn’t that bad, I would say the kids crumbs was worse than the pet hair that was maybe under 1 seat. You can see in the pics there really isn’t much pet hair. I agreed to pay the extra fee because the guy probably was thinking it would take longer to vacuum the car. He didn’t clean the inside windows ( especially the front one) and there was dirt still in the cup holders. I guess compared to the last person who did my car this service wasn’t as good. The first time I had my car cleaned it was fantastic. Second was great. This is my third time and quality went down. My rating technicallly should be lower compared to the other two times but honestly I’m just grateful it got cleaned and the guy was nice and I didn’t feel like I was getting conned. That to me means a lot. I know it’s touch cleaning cars so as long as it’s cleaned and smells fresh you will get 4 stars. The other star I had to reduce because I was upcharged this time vs the other two times they never called out the issue and my car was in the same state. Overall I think it’s great. They come to you. Hassle free. Can’t afford it regularly but as a once or twice a year thing maybe. ”
